Our Professional Pizza Classes are designed for participants who want to develop practical pizza-making skills through intensive, very small-group training with direct instructor guidance.

Each course is limited to a maximum of 5 participants, allowing the instructor to provide individual guidance, correct technical mistakes, and support each participant throughout every stage of the training.

The training combines practical production, dough preparation, fermentation management, stretching, baking, workflow organization, and daily production routines, helping participants build the practical skills required to work in a professional pizzeria.
