Terms & Conditions
Italian Pizza ConsultingPlease review the following terms and conditions related to consulting services, pizza training programs, bookings, deposits, scheduling and operational agreements provided by Italian Pizza Consulting.
Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all consulting services and pizza training programs provided by Italian Pizza Consulting. By booking any consulting service, training program or operational solution, clients confirm that they have read, understood and accepted the following terms and operational conditions.
Consulting and Training Bookings
All consulting services, pizza training programs and course bookings are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.
Training locations, consulting availability, project structure and operational scheduling are discussed directly according to the selected service, project objectives and location requirements.
Booking confirmation is completed only after the required deposit payment has been received. Certain consulting projects may require a separate professional service agreement depending on project scale, location and operational complexity.
Deposits and Payments
Pizza Consulting Services
Pizza consulting services require a 50% deposit payment in order to confirm project scheduling, operational planning and consulting availability.
The remaining balance is payable according to the specific project agreement and operational plan discussed directly with the client.
Pizza Training Programs
Pizza training programs require a 30% deposit payment in order to confirm course scheduling and training availability.
The remaining balance must be paid at the beginning of the training program.
Travel and Accommodation
Pizza Consulting Services
For on-site consulting services provided outside Italian Pizza Consulting locations, clients are responsible for travel, accommodation, transportation arrangements and related operational expenses connected to the consulting project.
Travel scheduling, project organization and operational arrangements are discussed directly according to the consulting structure, project location and operational requirements.
Any additional on-site visit requested outside the on-site consulting days included in the selected package, including preliminary location visits or additional project visits, may require a separate consulting fee in addition to all applicable travel and accommodation expenses.
Pizza Training Programs
Participants attending Business Pizza Courses, Individual Pizza Courses and Pizza Classes are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and personal expenses related to the training period.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Pizza Consulting Services
The required deposit is used to secure consulting availability and begin project planning, research, operational preparation, scheduling and other commitments connected to the consulting project.
Once the project has been confirmed and Italian Pizza Consulting has begun providing services or making project-specific commitments, a cancellation by the client may result in the deposit being retained in whole or in part to cover the actual and non-recoverable costs and direct losses resulting from the cancellation.
Where these costs and losses are equal to or greater than the deposit paid, no refund of the deposit will be due. Where these costs and losses are lower than the deposit paid, any remaining balance will be refunded where required by applicable law.
Rescheduling requests may be accepted depending on operational availability, project organization and existing consulting commitments. Any statutory cancellation rights applicable to the booking remain unaffected.
Pizza Training Programs
The required deposit is used to secure the agreed training dates, instructor availability, training location, planning, preparation, ingredients, materials and other operational commitments connected to the course.
Once the booking has been confirmed and Italian Pizza Consulting has begun making these preparations and commitments, a cancellation by the participant may result in the deposit being retained in whole or in part to cover the actual and non-recoverable costs and direct losses resulting from the cancellation.
Where these costs and losses are lower than the deposit paid, any remaining balance will be refunded where required by applicable law.
Rescheduling requests may be accepted depending on future course availability, instructor availability and operational scheduling conditions.
For Pizza Classes, the booking may be transferred to a future available training session depending on scheduling availability and operational organization. Any statutory cancellation rights applicable to the booking remain unaffected.
Operational Rescheduling Rights
Italian Pizza Consulting reserves the right to reschedule training programs or consulting services in cases related to operational limitations, scheduling conflicts, travel restrictions, health conditions or circumstances outside reasonable operational control.
Where reasonably possible, an alternative date or transfer option will be offered. If no suitable alternative can be agreed, payments related to the affected service will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the specific booking agreement.
Consumer Cancellation Rights
Where statutory consumer cancellation rights apply to a booking, those rights will be respected in accordance with the applicable law.
If a consumer expressly requests Italian Pizza Consulting to begin providing the booked service during any applicable statutory cancellation period and subsequently cancels after work has begun, the consumer may be required to pay for the services already provided and any applicable costs or commitments incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Scope of Consulting Services
Pizza consulting services are provided according to the specific consulting package, project scope, business concept, operational requirements, and services agreed with the client.
Consulting may include, depending on the selected package, guidance relating to pizza product development, recipes, production systems, kitchen workflow, equipment selection, ingredient and supplier sourcing, menu development, cost-control principles, staff training, location evaluation, operational organization, and opening preparation.
Italian Pizza Consulting provides professional guidance, technical direction, practical training, and project-specific recommendations. Unless expressly agreed as an additional service, the consulting does not include the preparation or execution of services normally performed by local architects, builders, contractors, accountants, financial advisors, lawyers, HR professionals, real-estate agents, software developers, regulatory consultants, or other specialist providers.
Where appropriate, Italian Pizza Consulting may review information, provide operational requirements, communicate with selected professionals, and assist the client in evaluating practical solutions, while final implementation, contracts, payments, statutory compliance, and services provided by third parties remain the responsibility of the client and the relevant professional or supplier.
Additional services outside the scope of the selected consulting package may be quoted and agreed separately.
Consulting Support Periods
Consulting support periods begin from the original project confirmation and deposit payment date:
- Bronze Consulting Package — 8 months
- Silver Consulting Package — 12 months
- Gold Consulting Package — 16 months
During the active consulting period, normal project communication is not subject to a fixed hourly allowance, provided that such communication remains directly related to the agreed project and the services included within the selected consulting package.
Support may include communication through email, WhatsApp, online meetings, document and floor-plan review, supplier and equipment discussions, and other reasonable project-related communication required during the development of the agreed project.
Clients are responsible for maintaining reasonable project communication and operational progress throughout the active consulting period.
If the project is delayed or requires support beyond the original consulting period, continued consulting may be arranged subject to current availability, remaining project requirements, time elapsed, and applicable consulting rates. An additional fee, updated pricing, or renewed consulting agreement may therefore apply.
Post-Opening Support
The Bronze, Silver, and Gold Consulting Packages include a defined amount of post-opening remote support, beginning from the date the client's pizzeria starts operating:
- Bronze Consulting Package — 1 hour, available for up to 6 months after opening
- Silver Consulting Package — 3 hours, available for up to 6 months after opening
- Gold Consulting Package — 5 hours, available for up to 6 months after opening
Post-opening support is intended for practical troubleshooting, operational adjustments, technical questions, progress review, and reasonable refinements related to the consulting work previously completed.
The six-month post-opening support period is calculated from the actual opening date and may therefore continue beyond the original 8-, 12-, or 16-month consulting support period.
Additional support beyond the included post-opening allowance may be arranged separately according to project requirements, availability, and current consulting rates.
Technical Documentation and SOPs
Where applicable to the agreed consulting project, Italian Pizza Consulting provides project-specific technical documentation developed during the consulting process.
This may include customized recipes, ingredient quantities and grammages, dough formulations, fermentation procedures, production methods, preparation procedures, temperatures, timings, storage methods, and other technical information required to help the client standardize products and train their operational team.
This technical documentation provides the foundation from which the client may develop its own internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company manuals, operational handbooks, and branded internal documentation.
Unless expressly included in a separate written agreement, the preparation of a complete company-wide SOP manual, corporate operations handbook, kitchen management manual, or other fully formatted company documentation is not included within the standard Bronze, Silver, or Gold Consulting Packages.
The development of such additional documentation may be provided as a separately quoted service according to the specific project requirements.
Training Support
Business Pizza Courses
Business Pizza Courses include up to 6 months of post-course online support, beginning from the completion date of the training program.
This support is intended for training-related technical questions, project-specific guidance, troubleshooting and clarification of topics covered during the course. It does not include unlimited consulting, ongoing business management, additional on-site training or services outside the agreed training scope unless separately arranged.
Individual Pizza Courses and Pizza Classes
Participants may contact Italian Pizza Consulting after the training for brief technical follow-up questions related to topics covered during the course, including dough management, fermentation, baking and practical troubleshooting.
Ongoing technical support, business guidance and operational consulting are not included with Individual Pizza Courses or Pizza Classes and may require a separate consulting agreement.
Intellectual Property
All original Italian Pizza Consulting training materials, branded frameworks, templates, presentations, manuals, consulting methodologies, educational materials, and other proprietary content remain the intellectual property of Italian Pizza Consulting or their respective rights holders.
Clients may use the recipes, production procedures, technical specifications, operational methods, and other project-specific technical information developed or customized for their business within their own commercial activities.
This includes implementation within the client's current business, additional locations, multi-location operations, and franchise network, and incorporation of the relevant project-specific information into the client's own internal operational and staff-training documentation.
Clients may modify and adapt their project-specific recipes and operational procedures according to the future requirements of their business.
However, original Italian Pizza Consulting branded materials, proprietary frameworks, templates, training materials, presentations, and consulting documentation may not be resold, commercially redistributed, republished as independent products, or used to provide competing pizza training or consulting services without prior written authorization.
No ownership of Italian Pizza Consulting's underlying intellectual property, brand, proprietary consulting methods, or training frameworks is transferred to the client unless expressly agreed in writing.
Local Regulations and Third-Party Responsibilities
Italian Pizza Consulting may provide practical operational guidance and training relating to professional pizza production, including basic hygiene practices, ingredient storage and handling, cleaning procedures, equipment care, production organization, and workplace practices relevant to the pizza operation.
Italian Pizza Consulting does not provide or issue local HACCP certification, food-safety licences, building permits, architectural or engineering certifications, employment-law documentation, tax or accounting services, regulatory approvals, or other statutory documentation required by local authorities.
The client is responsible for identifying and complying with all local laws, licences, permits, food-safety requirements, employment obligations, building regulations, tax requirements, and other statutory obligations applicable to their business.
Where necessary, clients must engage the appropriate local qualified professionals, authorities, contractors, or specialist providers.
Italian Pizza Consulting may communicate with or provide operational information to such professionals where appropriate, but remains responsible only for the consulting services specifically agreed within the project scope.

Italian Pizza Consulting does not guarantee specific financial results, commercial performance, business profitability, employment opportunities, individual production levels or operational success resulting from any consulting service or training program.
Recommendations are based on the information available at the time of the consulting process, and final business, investment, contractual, regulatory, staffing, purchasing, and implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
