partner pizzerias in London, Rome and Catania.
Pizza Courses and SERVICES (Including Group and Individual Courses) can be conducted worldwide.
The thorough practical instruction we offer in tandem with the fundamental theoretical knowledge ensures that our students are well versed in all aspects of the highest quality pizza manufacture. Upon completion of the course (after examination), students will receive an internationally recognized “SNP” diploma.
• GROUP COURSES IN ROME (Classic Pizza)
These courses are taught using “ELECTRIC STONE-BASED Pizza Oven”
Group Courses in Rome are almost 4 weeks in duration. Tuition days are Tuesday to Friday
(4 days a week), 5 hours a day. There are 10/15 students to a class.
*Travel expenses and accommodation are not included in the price. Selected hotels are available from EUR 80,00 per night and are within walking distance from the course venue.

“ITALIAN PIZZA COURSES” will provide students on Group Courses with the following:
• Ingredients
• Teaching materials
• Uniforms
• Availability of professional equipment for the duration of the course
Upon completion of the course (after examination), students will receive an internationally recognized “SNP” diploma.
Our courses are designed to train those with no prior training to become accomplished pizza chefs. However, our courses are also recommended to anyone wishing to perfect their skills building on the prior knowledge.
