Pizza Courses and SERVICES (Including Group and Individual Courses) can be conducted worldwide.
The thorough practical instruction we offer in tandem with the fundamental theoretical knowledge ensures that our students are well versed in all aspects of the highest quality pizza manufacture. Upon completion of the course (after examination), students will receive an internationally recognized “SNP” diploma.
• GROUP COURSES IN CATANIA (Sicily), (Classic Pizza)
These courses are taught using both Traditional “WOOD-FIRED STONE” and
“ELECTRIC STONE-BASED Pizza Ovens”
Group courses in Catania are conducted on a full-time basis (10 consecutive days in duration with 6 hours of tuition per day). There are a maximum of 5 students to a class.
The price above includes all transfers, including those from and to Catania Airport.
*Flights and Accommodation are not included in the price. Excellent budget B&Bs/hotels are available from EUR 35,00 per night per person.

Catania Airport is the busiest Airport in Italy after Rome and Milan. It is well connected via major European airlines (e.g. Alitalia, Air France) as well as numerous low-cost flight operators (e.g. Air Berlin, Easy Jet).

• Teaching materials
• Uniforms
• Availability of professional equipment for the duration of the course
Upon completion of the course (after examination), students will receive an internationally recognized “SNP” diploma.
Our courses are designed to train those with no prior training to become accomplished pizza chefs. However, our courses are also recommended to anyone wishing to perfect their skills building on the prior knowledge.
